Visit Ammunition Hill, a key historic battle site from the years prior to the reunification of Jerusalem (1948 to 1967). On this fascinating guided tour, you will relive the history of the 1967 battle through the personal stories from IDF Paratroopers and Armored Corps who actually fought in those very bunkers and trenches.  Mark the emotional 50th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem and take part in a special ceremony honouring veterans.

Afterwards, parade proudly with soldiers through Zion Gate into the Jewish Quarter of the old city, where drums and shofarot will accompany the flag-raising ceremony. Our powerful opening ceremony will take place at the Kotel, with our Mission Chairs greeting us, Ray Hakotel leading the Shehechyanu, and Shai Abramson and the rabbinical choir performing. We’ll also hear from special guest speakers. That night, enjoy an opening night celebration of Federation CJA’s Centennial at the Davidson Center.
